Because our technicians are in high demand and have a full schedule, a trip fee of $88.00 will be charged in advance for your visit. Our representative will ask you to provide a credit card number for this charge when you set up your appointment. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final bill.

Before Your Right-One® Appointment

  • For lock re-keys, get whatever information you can off the key you can.(i.e. brand, numbers)
  • Call our office staff at (301-608-0135) or complete the Book an Appointment form online in advance and provide all of the information that you can about the service you need: is it an emergency or routine work? If you’re calling for a new installation, what are your security needs?
  • For corporate clients, identify who is the point of contact to ask for when we arrive: the owner, manager, administrator, or a particular employee? We have found that whenever possible, it is best if the owner is the point of contact. Please specify any parking instructions.
  • Please physically “tag” what you want us to work on with a Post-It or some other marker.
